  • Ongoing Support

The exact scope of work will be agreed before a project begins.

3. Quotations & Proposals

All quotations and proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Work will commence once the project scope has been agreed and any required deposit has been received.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.

Invoices should be paid within the agreed payment period.

Where staged payments are agreed, each payment becomes due upon completion of the relevant milestone.

Completed work is non-refundable unless required by applicable UK law.

Late payments may result in work being paused until payment has been received.

5. Project Scope & Change Requests

The agreed proposal defines the project scope.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require:

  • Additional time
  • A revised quotation
  • A revised delivery schedule

Minor adjustments may be included where reasonable, but significant changes will be treated as additional work.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing required content and assets
  • Supplying access credentials where necessary
  • Reviewing deliverables promptly
  • Providing feedback within agreed timeframes

Project delays caused by missing information or delayed approvals may affect delivery dates.

7. Delivery & Acceptance

Delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise agreed.

Upon delivery, clients should review the work and notify me of any issues within a reasonable period.

Once approved or accepted, the relevant project stage will be considered complete.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Intellectual property remains with me until full payment has been received.
  • Ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the client after final payment.
  • I reserve the right to display completed work within my portfolio unless confidentiality has been agreed.

9. Confidentiality

All confidential business information shared during a project will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

10. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party providers including hosting companies, CRM platforms, analytics tools, APIs, plugins, or software subscriptions.

I am not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, revenue increases, or uninterrupted operation of third-party services.

My liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing.

Clients remain responsible for payment of all completed work and any work already in progress up to the date of termination.
